Through the press of a button, challenging situations can be quickly diffused and escalated for external support if required. Two incident support buttons can be provided – Emergency, and Non-Emergency.
Pressing the Non-Emergency button delivers an immediate pre-recorded voice announcement on site. If the Emergency button is pressed, a video clip is sent to a SECOM operator to asses, who can then issue a live voice challenge, or escalate for support.
