Having one of our systems means visitors, students and staff are able to sign in and out quickly and efficiently without the need for manual sign in books.
Anyone entering the building will be able to sign in by entering in the relevant details onto the screen which will be installed wherever is most convenient for you.
Any information collected by your InVentry system is your choice. It’s usually first name, surname and reason for visit and sometimes an image may be taken so that at future visits the photo can be matched against the database to ensure it’s the same person.

We do offer an additional badge making service where you can purchase badges made to order for your staff and visitors as well as lanyards and badge holders. Some packages may also come with a label printer where ID badge stickers can be printed out upon arrival.
