We are currently seeking a service manager to take responsibility of our Southern region based at our office in Crawley.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day efficiency of the service department. Applicants should be able to lead from the front and possess excellent people management skills
The position will cover all aspects of service management including
- Efficiency of engineers
- Planning, organising and monitoring of performance
- Ensuring the monthly PMV target is achieved
- Delivering a quality service to our internal and external customers
- Achieving service budget
The ideal candidate will be required to set and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction with all aspects appertaining to our service activity.
