We are currently seeking a Remote Support Desk Engineer to work in our busy technical support desk based inside our brand new National Service Bureau.

 

Responsibilities

  • To ensure service delivery is met to clients in line with their SLA where applicable
  • To meet predefined target times, SLA’s and KPI’s
  • To carry out remote connections where required
  • Ensure any PPMs due are dealt with in a timely manner
  • To ensure compliance is achieved to NSI guidelines
  • To provide technical knowledge to engineering workforce
  • To build and distribute SECOM wireless solution
  • To ensure the integrity of the RSD databases/equipment is maintained
  • Liaise daily with the NSB Management team to ensure key daily targets are met on reactive and PPM calls
  • To be flexible and adaptable when required
  • Ensure all RSD procedures and guidelines are followed
  • To work within the constraints of NSI DD263 standards
  • To answer incoming calls into the RSD from internal colleagues and clients
  • Ensure all out of hours processes are followed where applicable

 

Qualifications/Experience

  • Experience within a busy Service enviroment to meet SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Security experience desired but not essential
  • Computer literate
  • Microsoft office proficient
  • Understanding of service delivery
  • Electronic security knowledge desired but not essential
  • Experience within a busy Service enviroment to meet SLA’s and KPI’s
