A vacancy has arisen within our National Accounts Office in Maidstone for a National Accounts Administration Assistant, reporting to the National Accounts Support Manager.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the National Accounts Office invoicing & administrative duties. This role will also require a good knowledge of the Business System, Salesforce, SIMS and Client Portals. All of the skills involved with this role will require a high level of accuracy and commitment to ensure that the end product delivered to our customers and branch network, meets their expectations and our contractual commitments.

We are looking for a hardworking and self-motivated individual, with a flexible and “can do” attitude to their work, who is able to work effectively under pressure and within a team environment.

A committed and reliable individual is required, and a reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
