We are currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Telesales Executive to join our busy Marketing and Corporate Sales department based at our Head Office. The candidate will assist the department in promoting SECOM’s services in order to maximise and close sales, carry out market research and to identify new markets and business opportunities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good communicator and follows instruction well

Responsibilities

  • To assist the department with home security website enquiries via email/phone, discussing options with prospective customers, preparing quotes, following up and closing the sale
  • Using Salesforce CRM system for lead, opportunity and campaign management
  • Identifying target markets and collating data for specified DM campaigns
  • Liaising with the regional sales team to pass on/follow up with potential leads
