We are now actively looking for a Team Leader for our very important and busy Elite Desk Service Department.

Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the department, which will
    include service delivery, invoicing and rota management.
  • You will also be responsible for managing our service provision within the requirements of our
    client’s portals SLA’s & KPI’s.
  • The successful candidate will work with and report into appropriate and designated line
    Management.
