We are seeking to recruit an Elite Desk Administrator for our busy Kenley Office. The
role involves a full range of office duties, to include, call and despatch of emergency
calls, liaising with engineers, dealing with customer telephone enquiries,
arranging guard cover as and when required to support our customers, invoicing,
updating the business system and in-house databases.

The successful candidate will report into the Corporate Service Manager and Team
Leader and will need to have

  • a flexible approach
  • able to work on their own initiative but also as part of a team
  • be a good communicator
  • an excellent customer service focus
  • excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook are required
  • ability to work effectively within required timescales
