We are seeking to recruit a Contracts Co-Ordinator for our Physical Division.
You will be required to Project Manage Installations, liaise with Sub Contractors and customers, Secom Electronics & Clients, as well as dealing with reactive call outs and follow up quotations also organising sub-contractors’ attendance.
The successful applicant should be an efficient communicator, able to multi task and have a flexible and professional can do attitude towards work. Good organisation skills together with a pleasant telephone manner are essential. Work well under pressure, good computer skills including Microsoft office and an eye to detail as well as willingness to adapt to customer demands as well as part of a team.
This role is currently: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
