A vacancy has arisen at our Kenley HQ for an Administrative

Assistant reporting to Central Invoicing & Credit Control Manager

 

The successful applicant must have good organisational skills, and be able to work as part of a team and to management requirements. We are looking for somebody who has good administrative skills, and understands that accuracy and attention to detail are key in this role.

 

The role will involve working on the upkeep and auditing of some of our key accounts, ensuring that both our records and the customer’s databases accurately reflect the services and charges that we are providing. You will also assist with maintaining our own internal business system and have good data input and organisational skills.

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual, with a flexible and “can do” attitude to their work, who enjoys working in a team environment.

 

A committed and reliable individual is required, and a reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
