Working with the technical team to understand customer features and benefits:

  • Creating internal and external sales materials, including specifications, proposals, cost sheets, process documents
  • Ensuring all internal stakeholder are communicated with throughout the project process
  • Liaising with the marketing department to inform them of the details of the product/service to enable marketing literature to be produced
  • Liaising with the company UK Product Manager to ensure all company cost sheets are kept up-to-date with pricing changes or obsolescence

 

The successful candidate should have:

  • Interested in technology driven products and capabilities
  • Excellent written literacy and numeracy skills
  • Competent on Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a multi discipline team
  • Able to work to strict deadlines
  • Customer focused – identifying customer requirements to support future capability
