We are actively seeking a Customer Service Desk Operator for our busy Service deployment Desk in the Hainault High Security Services Office

Applicants will need to have a good understanding of:

  • Working on a busy Customer Service Desk
  • Good communication Skills
  • Good Customer awareness and ability to work under pressure
  • The Mentor Cash for windows software
  • Good computer skills including Excel Spreadsheets
  • Ability to work on bespoke web based systems

Due to the nature of the High Security Operations applicants for this appointment will be subject to Financial and Security screening.
