Training & Development

As a SECOM employee, you will also have access to our E-Portfolio and E-Learning system which will not only provide interactive training to the appropriate standards but also track your progress and performance. You will also receive interactive lessons and bespoke one-to-one training in our National Training and Development Centre.


We’re incredibly proud to offer a state-of-the-art apprenticeship programme which is among the best in our industry. Thanks to our National Training and Development Centre Academy, we’re able to offer apprentices a wealth of expertise and knowledge, as well as provide existing staff with a place to upskill. Engineers have the opportunity to gain an industry-recognised Level 3 qualification, providing them with everything they need for a career at SECOM. As an apprentice, you are trained on the job, gaining experience out in the field and being taught by our industry leading mentors.
