Access control equipment
SECOM’s commercial access control equipment can create a safer environment for your business and discourage theft.
You can protect your business and monitor the movement of staff, customers and suppliers across one or multiple sites with access control equipment such as voice and video entry phones or pin-number and swipe-card operated locks.

Reliable and easy to use commercial access control equipment
We work with you to design the best access control system for your business whether you need to control access to a single door or to an entire building. SECOM will also train you and your staff fully in the use of the access control equipment so you can manage your system easily.
The best electronic locks for your business needs
We advise you on the best electronic locks for your business needs and fully integrate them with your company's access control equipment. Ranging from concealed electronic locks to surface versions, our standard release strikes and electro-magnetic locks are compatible with all conventional comaccess control systems.
Door access control readers
You can ensure that only authorised personnel have access to your business with a complete range of PIN or proximity readers installed to your specifications.
You can even choose to set tiered authority levels to restrict who is authorised to access certain parts of your building. For instance managers of a certain level could have full access to an office holding sensitive records, whilst other staff members would be denied access.
PIN readers
PIN readers allow authorised entry by requiring the user to punch in a 4 or 6 digit code. The code can be changed as needed and depending on the type of commercial access control equipment installed can allow for simultaneous access for multiple PIN users.
Proximity readers
Proximity readers allow you to control access to your business by requiring the user to use cards or tokens. Depending on the type of commercial access control equipment installed, the proximity reader can be integrated with different shift patterns by allowing authorised access within specified time frames or on particular days of the week.
