With commitment to customer service SECOM has been honoured with awards recognising our innovation, dedication to security and implementation of bespoke security systems. We are pleased to highlight some of these awards here from many distinguished organisation.
SECOM were selected from 12 finalists at the awards ceremony held at the London Hilton. The award recognises our work to develop and implement an intelligence-led, 24/7 system to cut stock losses and improve in-store safety within the retail sector.
Central to the award, was our ROGUES system; an abbreviation of “Repeat Offenders Gallery Under Electronic Surveillance”. With benefits to both staff and customers, the system works by triggering an alert when a known habitual offender or suspect enters a store, automatically forewarning store guards that the individual is operating within their area, and providing them with “real-time” details such as clothing.
SECOM was also shortlisted for Security Project of the Year at the awards, which are currently in their 18th year.
We are delighted to announce that SECOM have been shortlisted in two categories for the prestigious Retail Knowledge Fraud Awards 2017! We are nominated for ‘Most Innovative In-Store Surveillance’ and ‘Best Collaborative Solution’.
